Fortitude Human Performance is a boutique 24 hour, athletic fitness facility which provides world class training equipment as well as cutting edge Mindset Coaching, Nutritional services, and home to Kinesis Specialised Small Group Training.
The facility spans 1,500 square meters across three levels with breath taking views over Canberra CBD and surrounding mountain ranges. Offering a world class fitness facility, Fortitude has been meticulously designed and planned from the ground up to provide our members with the highest quality training experience and atmosphere possible.

Offering a diverse range of sessions per week, Kinesis is run by our professional, passionate high performance Coaches in an energetic setting with state of the art equipment.

REGULAR CATCH-UPS WITH OUR TRAINERS: Your journey does not end once you have left the class. Regular catch-ups with our trainers are organised to focus on goal setting, progress tracking and general support.
CAPPED CLASSES: Our classes have capped numbers to ensure that each member is getting the best training experience possible, focusing on correct movement, safety and getting you to push yourself to reach your full potential.
PROGRAMMING: Our classes are specifically designed and created over 12 week training blocks with the focus of getting you fitter, stronger, more confident and moving without pain, executed by our friendly and knowledgeable trainers.
SEMINARS AND EVENTS: Kinesis is proud to host regular seminars and events for our members, ranging from Olympic lifting to nutrition fundamentals from experts within their field at no additional cost.

Kinesis Mixed Group Weekly Rate: $400.00 per week inc GST – Bring a mixed group of up to 15 employees to classes every week. Private session times can be arranged in advance depending on group size and at your convenience. A team that trains together stays together!
*This is all inclusive, classes, 1 on 1 consults, body scans, Fortitude HP 24/7 Access, 8 Week Mind + Body Overhaul. This is our complete, holistic, all encompassing training package!
Standard Term: 12 Months, 2 week cancellation notice period – No charge for cancellation. Billing cycle will be prorated over the fortnight and adjusted accordingly from notification.
OPTIONS
Member by Member – Company pays the weekly amount set out above, including the access passes to allocate to their employees. The weekly amount is then direct debited according to the member tier total. Each member that comes into the facility to activate their membership and collect their access pass will be based on the total and charged accordingly;
Company Invoice Memberships – Fully or partially subsidised memberships in full; or
Pay per Visit Business Database – Company provides us with a employee list and there will be a per session/per employee charge for us of the facility/classes. Employees will be referred to as corporate visitors and invoicing will be done on a fortnightly basis. Allows for flexibility for uncertain employee use.
