Q: Is Fortitude a 24hr gym?

A: We sure are! You are able to train 24/7.

Q: Can I receive a virtual tour and sign up remotely?

A: We offer Virtual Tours, Contactless Sign-Up Online & Pass Collection to assist with maintaining safety and ease of use.

Q: What are your staffed hours?

A: We are staffed 3pm-7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 8am - 12pm.


Q: Can I do a casual visit?

A: Absolutely! They will be $20 per visit, payable at reception. The visit will need to be during staffed hours, unless organised with us to do outside of those hours.


Q: Do you have any joining fee’s?

A: Nope! At Fortitude there are no joining fee’s or lock-in contracts. When joining you will need to purchase an access pass, so you can access the facility 24/7


Q: Can I bring a friend downstairs to train in off-peak?

A: Of course! On Saturdays for free provided you are a Kinesis off-peak membership holder. Any other time it will be $15 – paid at reception.


Q: Are there any lock-in contracts?

A: Nope! there will be a 2 week grace period, i.e. rolling fortnight to fortnight, so if you choose to cancel, the direct debit cycle with cease within 2 weeks of notification.

We have 12 month contract options also available if you choose at a discounted weekly rate.

 

Q: What happens if a member does not upgrade and uses the space downstairs?

A: A penalty rate of $10.00 will be applied to their existing weekly rate for each occurrence.


Q: What’s the best way to get in contact with Fortitude?

Q: Does Fortitude offer Personal Training?

A: We sure do! Using a personal trainer is a great way to get that extra push when training and accelerate your results. They can also assist with creating a program for you and helping you with any exercises you may be having trouble with.


Q: Do I need to bring a towel when I train?

A: Fortitude safe hygiene practices require you to bring a towel when you train, as well as ensure you wipe down your equipment with our disinfectant spray after use.
